- For the purposes of this document the term PCM shall mean this website,
directory, the name PC-Mechanic and and such derivatives as used from time
to time for the purpose of supplying these services. For the purposes of this document the term Client shall mean any
individual or company who submits an entry for inclusion, or otherwise
utilises any services provided by PCM.
- All submissions are subject to approval, no guarantee of acceptance is
offered or implied.
- All clients agree to abide by the PCM "code of ethics"
and by these "terms of service" as amended from time to time. Any amendments
to the "code of ethics" or the terms of service" will be notified to all
current registered clients at their registered email address.
- PCM shall not be held liable in any manner for loss or damage of any
nature arising from the inclusion or removal of any listing in this or any
related directory or service.
- Each client is permitted an initial listing in only one geographical
region, further areas may be granted subject to application and approval by PCM up to a maximum of
two adjacent regions in total.
- PCM offers no guarantee of business, website traffic or other benefit
arising from inclusion in this directory
- If your submission is accepted for inclusion in this directory you
may use the PCM logo(s) without modification and/or make reference to your
association with PC-Mechanic in your business
advertisements and/or on your website for the period that your submission
remains listed, provided that
a) Such use or association is specifically targeted only towards those geographical regions for which you or your
business are currently listed
b) Such use should not imply ownership or rights over the PCM name or logos,
i.e. "Part of the PC-Mechanic Group" is not acceptable, "In association with PC-Mechanic.eu" is acceptable, and
is the preferred usage. - All clients are requested to display a link to
PCM on their primary business website. This may be a text or graphic link
and is completely optional. (Providing a link to PCM on your website helps
PCM's search engine ratings, which in turn helps the public find your site.)
- Any submission accepted will normally remain listed for a minimum of 12 months
except where the client is in breach of these terms or where the client
submits a
request for removal.
- All advertising listings are currently offered free of charge.
- PCM reserves the future right to charge for listings in this directory.
In this event, any clients having listings at that time will be permitted to retain their
listing for 12 months, without charge, from the date of any such announcement. In the event
of future restrictions on the number of advertisers accepted for inclusion
in any geographical regions the incumbent advertiser shall be given
preference.
- Any details submitted will remain private except where otherwise
explicitly stated on the application form. Any other details supplied will
be used only for internal PCM purposes and will never be passed on or
revealed to any 3rd Party's.
